Organize workout plans, virtual bonding, and volunteer experiences in place of traditional practices and tournaments
Work with Volunteer Coaches
Organize and manage a safe return to in-person practices
Organize and manage funding for bonding and social programing for +200 people
Maintained a positive and innovative attitude when facing COVID related barriers that prohibited traditional social events and new events like beach days, outdoor dinners, and small dinner groups during tournaments
Engaged our fans through a fun social media presence during tournaments and various fundraising events
Internal Relations Director, 2020-2021
As an Internal Relations Director for UCCRJ, my main jobs are to create an environment that prioritizes the voices of victims/survivors of sexual assault and ensures the well-being of an 80+ person grassroots orginization. My duties include:
Creating Social and Survivor/Victim Healing events
Overseeing a 5 person EDI taskforce and implementing quarterly feedback forms
Developing board leadership and professional development oppourtunities
Organizing and facilitating weekly board & committee meetings, and monthly all organization meetings
Inter-organizational conflict mediation

Internal Relations Director, 2020-2021
- Initiated the creation of an internal relations committee in FSC
- Create weekly recap letters to enhance organizational communication
- Plan social and wellness-related events for the organization
- Manage a 3 person team
Luskin Undergraduate Student Association
President, 2019-2020
• Designed events to meet the needs of the +150 pre-Majors and Majors of the new Public Affairs undergrad program
• Represented Luskin Undergraduates at quarterly organization meetings for Graduate Student Groups
• Facilitate board elections and supervise the transition of a 5 person leadership team
